Welcome !

I am Kerian Thuillier, a french student in computer science.

I am currently in my first year of Master's degree in Computer Science and second year of Magistere at École Normale Supérieure Rennes. I have a strong interest in linear programming and bioinformatics, fields in which I specialize myself.

Formation

Currently in Master's degree in Computer Science at École Normale Supérieure Rennes, I have been formed with the following general notions :

  • Programming
  • Algorithms : distributed, graphs
  • Calculability, Automata and Logic
  • Architecture and Low Level System

I have learned linear programming (AMPL) and have discovered bioinformatics through internship and project with bioinformatics teams of the IRISA laboratory (Rennes).

  • You can find my resume in english here.

My Works

Below are some projects that I realised for my programming courses at ENS Rennes. Please click on picture to open corresponding report.

Delaunay Triangulation

Programming project consisting in implementing a Delaunay triangulation algorithm in OCaml.

Ray Tracing

Programming project consisting in implementing a ray tracing algorithm in C++.

Lisp Interpreter

Programming project consisting in implementing a Lisp interpreter in C++.

The following items are works realized for the Dyliss and Genscale (bioinformatics) teams at IRISA. Both will be presented at ROADEF2020, an Operations Research congress from 19 to 22 February 2020.

Internship: Mixed Integer Linear Programming for Metabolic Network Completion

Internship in bioinformatics within the Dyliss team at IRISA under the supervision of Anne Siegel and Rumen Andonov [HAL 02408003].

Research Project: Mixed Integer Linear Programming for genome haplotyping

Research project made under the supervision of Rumen Andonov with the help of Pierre Peterlongo within the Genscale team at IRISA.
