I am a third year PhD student at ESPCI ParisTech, within the Granular Group of the PMMH lab (Physics and Mechanics of Heterogenous Media lab). My PhD advisors are Bruno Andreotti and Eric Clement.

I have a Masters degree in Fluid Mechanics from École Polytechnique and I am a former student from the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) Cachan.

I lived one year in the US (Ardmore, Pensylvania, near Philadelphia) and I did two research internships, one of which was in Colorado University in Boulder (Astrodynamics).

Sports: I have been swimming since the age of 4. I also like climbing, hiking and backpacking around the world.

I also like to go to the theater (drama club in Henri IV High School, Paris) and to see exhibitions whenever it is possible.

Internship reports:

    - Consulting study:

2012 : Conception of a parametric model of a thrust reverser

    - Mission BASiX (Programme Discovery NASA):

2011 : Dynamic response of a surface pod to seismic events on an asteroid (adv. D.J. Scheeres, Colorado Univ. in Boulder)

2010 : Evaluation of the burying capacity of geophones used in actuator mode in the “geopod” (adv. P. Lognonné et O. Robert, Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, Laboratoire de Géophysique Spatiale et Planétaire)

Some personal projects and studies:

  1. -Robotized Oscillation-Stabilized Axel System (ROSAS): presented for the entrance at the ÉNS and now used by some professors from ÉNS during class. Also used (afterward) as the subject study of the writen exam to get into the ÉNS (2010)

- Model of granular flows (using Gerris software and some code from P.-Y. Lagrée and S. Popinet): I am actually very interested in investing furthermore the model of interactions between a wheel (of a rover for instance) and a granular soil.

Teaching activities:

  1. -Mathematics (Partial Differential Equations, Anal ytics and Topology): tutorial classes for third year bachelor students, Pierre et Marie Curie University – UPMC Paris 6

  2. -Fluid Mechanics: practical classes for third year bachelor students, Pierre et Marie Curie University – UPMC Paris 6

  3. -Strength of materials: lecture classes and tutorials for third year bachelor students, Pierre et Marie Curie University – UPMC Paris 6

  4. -Engineering Science and Mechanics: oral examination of prep’ school students (two first years of intensive college classes). Preparatory classes : Louis-le-Grand and Saint Louis, Paris
