M1 Research project/internship (2024 - present)
IAxAI: Artificial Intelligence interference analysis (AIxIA)
Team PACAP - IRISA/Inria de l'Université de Rennes
Details
This project is part of the PACAP team and is supervised by Isabelle Puaut. It concerns the use of machine-learning algorithms to predict process overheads due to simultaneous memory accesses.

L3 Research internship (may - july 2024)
Distance-based amino acid conservation score
Équipe Dyliss - IRISA/Inria de l'Université de Rennes
Details
For this bioinformatics internship in the Dyliss team, I was supervised by François Coste and Pablo Espana Gutierrez.
My goal was to find a cost function that takes into account evolutionary distances, enabling sequences to be weighted in a predictive model such as a PSSM or a HMM.
In addition to achieving my goal,I created a predictive model that directly takes into account evolutionary distances and selection pressures .
My internship report is available on HAL, you can see it by clicking here.

Prepatory Classes MPSI/MP* (2020-2023)
Lycée Condorcet - Paris
Details
These years of preparatory classes enabled me to follow a multi-disciplinary program which gave me the equivalent of a second year of University Degree in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science.
French litterature and Philosophy also completed the curriculum.
